About Job

“I can succeed as a Divisional Internal Retirement Plan Counselor at Capital Group.”

As a Divisional Internal Retirement Plan Counselor, you will manage the presale coordination and entire retirement business process for your assigned division of Capital Group proprietary retirement plans. You will partner with your territory teams to develop and implement a business plan and strategy for the division and ensure there is alignment with Capital Group business objectives.

  • You will promote CG retirement solutions to advisors via phone once a retirement plan opportunity is identified
  • You will provide division support in coordination with your assigned territory teams and are responsible for a subset of the retirement plan pipeline
  • You will need to have or complete the FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, 63, and 66 (or equivalent).





San Antonio Base Salary Range: $71,835-$114,936















Indianapolis Base Salary Range: $76,516-$122,426













In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
