We are seeking licensed and provisionally licensed behavioral health clinicians who are passionate about fostering healing and growth through compassionate, collaborative, and individualized care. Our hybrid model offers the flexibility to provide therapy both in-person at our welcoming Shelton office and through telehealth, ensuring accessibility and convenience for our diverse client population. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with clients to identify goals and develop personalized treatment plans
• Assist clients in building coping, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Promote self-esteem, behavior change, and emotional wellness
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and complete all necessary paperwork for insurance billing
• Participate in case consultations and multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
• Uphold licensure requirements and professional standards including maintaining liability insurance

Qualifications:

• Active or provisional license as an LPC, LPC-A, LMFT, LCSW, or LMSW (preferred) in Connecticut
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and provide client-centered care
• Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $40.00–$65.00 per hour (commensurate with experience and licensure)
• Position: Full-time or part-time W-2 contract
• Flexible hours including day, evening, after school, weekends, and nights as needed
• Hybrid work model with telehealth and in-office sessions
