Full Job Description

Milestones Moments ABA is looking to hire BCBAs (Board Certified Behavioral Analysts) for in-home ABA therapy services in North Carolina. This position is a fully remote position, but candidates must reside in the state of North Carolina. Flexibility in role type is available, with the opportunity to begin per diem before developing into full employment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop individualized assessments and treatment plans
  • Plan, Manage, and Support Technician staff's implementation of behavioral intervention plans
  • Provide ABA training for parents and other caregivers
  • Assume overall direction and supervision of paraprofessionals
  • Monitor and evaluate progress and treatment effectiveness regularly
  • Manage data regarding the client's progress using our software program
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Holds a master's degree in behavior analysis from a college or university accredited by the Association for Behavioral Analysis.
  • Display excellent clinical competence and judgment; ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
