We are looking for a FULL TIME RBT to provide In Home ABA Therapy. These hours would be Weekdays (Monday through Friday) anywhere between 8 am to 4 pm.

HIRING BONUS: $200 sign-on bonus for credentialed RBTs. Details provided during interview.
BCBA SUPERVISION: BTLC offers quality supervision and training, provided by BCBAs, for individuals seeking BCBA or BCaBA certificates at no cost.

To utilize the science of behavior to compassionately and comprehensively meet the individual needs of the community we serve.

The Registered Behavior Technician provides ABA services to clients and families in their homes and the community. Duties can include:

Skills assessments such as VB-MAPP or ABLLS-R
Behavioral assessments
Implementation of BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) -approved behavior intervention plans
Implementation of BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) -approved skill acquisition programming
Parent and teacher training
Regular supervision from a BTLC-approved BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Clerical work in the form of:
keeping track of personal timecard
session notes
maintenance of client programming binder
Other duties as assigned
Driving throughout the Greater Houston area is required.

Possible Job Requirements in addition to those above

Provide training to staff
Continue to participate in regular training sessions
Provide training to newer employees
Physically care for clients including toilet training and/or changing diapers
Possible contact with bodily fluids such as saliva, mucus, urine, bowel movements, and blood
Employee must be physically able to lift 35 lbs. daily, squat, be up and down from the floor multiple times per hour and run for at least 25 yards

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
