Service Coordinator Plumbing and Sewer Renewal Specialists – Tigard, OR

Full-Time | In-Office – Tigard, Oregon - Immediate start

We’re Plumbing and Sewer Renewal Specialists, and we’re looking for a sharp, driven Service Coordinator to join us in our Tigard, Oregon office. In this role, you’ll be the go-to for organizing the day, booking new jobs, dispatching install teams and service efficiently, and keeping the team humming.

What You'll Own

• Install Appointment Setting
• Answer inbound calls and convert leads into booked jobs
• Proactively follow up with prospects and leads to maximize close rates
• Identify opportunities for upsells or additional services during calls
• Support the install team with scheduling and install
• Permitting and Subcontractor Management

Dispatch & Scheduling

• Prioritize service and sales appointments based on urgency, geography, and efficiency
• Dispatch install teams in a way that maximizes daily performance
• Serve as a liaison between the office, service techs, and sales team—real-time communication is key
• Adjust on the fly to no-shows, delays, or high-priority emergencies

Office Coordination

• Maintain organized digital and physical records
• Manage vendor relationships and office supply inventory
• Manage government and license regulations, etc.

What You Bring

• Experience in a field service or home services environment (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc.)
• Proven track record in dispatching and/or appointment booking
• Inside sales or phone-based sales experience preferred
• Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly
• Comfort with field service software (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, etc.)
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or office management toolsExceptional organization, time management, and communication skills

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Tigard, Oregon. Remote work is not available.
