particular emphasis on evidence-based interventions, eating disorders, and integrated care

¿ Possesses specialized training and/or experience in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
of eating disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions (e.g., previous work in an eating
disorder treatment facility or a position centered on supporting individuals with eating disorder
diagnoses).

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, and coursework approved by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics in a nutrition-related field.
Other Required Qualifications
Must be registered/licenses in the State of Georgia OR Registration eligible with Commission on Dietetic Registration and license eligible in the State of Georgia within four (4) weeks of hire.
Required Experience
Three (3) years related work experience in higher education and/or related field of study, including supervised practice program internship at a healthcare facility, community agency, or a food service management-related field

- Identify and address resource gaps to ensure equitable access to services, prevention, and
- Design and implement individualized care plans centered on eating disorders and associated
students served by CPS
- Lead a multidisciplinary treatment team to define and uphold standards of care grounded in
body positivity through education, outreach, and events
- Offer eating disorder recovery support within the collegiate recovery community as needed.
- Create and deliver group programs focused on eating disorders and co-occurring mental health
- Develop and assess psychoeducational workshops and presentations tailored to KSU students,
feedback for ongoing improvement
- Enhance the professional growth of CPS staff, trainees, and interns by offering targeted training

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Delivers individualized nutrition counseling and support services to students, including ongoing follow-up care as necessary
- Organizes and maintains records in compliance with state and federal guidelines and prepares monthly and annual departmental reports
- Analyzes health assessment data to design, implement, promote, and assess nutrition education initiatives tailored to student needs
- Partners with campus and community organizations to enhance nutrition services and provide support for students managing chronic health conditions
- Oversees, mentors, and evaluates staff members, interns, and student workers to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Contributes to the development of grant proposals and sponsorship opportunities to secure funding for nutrition programs
- Engages in ongoing professional development and continuing education to uphold dietetics licensure and registration requirements
Educational Requirements
