We serve clients throughout Minnesota via telehealth, giving therapists the freedom to work remotely while providing high-quality, faith-based care.

Position Summary:
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our growing virtual care team. This position is fully remote and ideal for therapists seeking flexibility, meaningful work, and the ability to integrate their Christian faith into therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual counseling to individuals, couples, and families across Minnesota
• Complete thorough assessments and create treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state guidelines
• Attend virtual team meetings and participate in optional trainings and case consultations
• Integrate biblical principles and prayer when welcomed by the client
• Collaborate with a supportive, faith-driven team

Qualifications:

• Active LMFT or LPCC license in the state of Minnesota (Required)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (outpatient or private practice preferred)
• Comfortable working remotely and using telehealth platforms
• Alignment with Christian values and Divine Life’s mission
• Strong clinical skills in areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, marital conflict, and family systems
• Compassionate, humble, and collaborative
• Willing to work at least 2 evenings per week (flexible hours)
