Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

We're currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team.
Work Location:
In Person – Riverview, Wimauma, Ruskin, Brandon, Lithia, and Valrico, FL
Position Overview:
As a BCaBA, you will support the development and implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, under the supervision of experienced BCBAs and Clinical Directors.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments under BCBA guidance
- Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Supervise and support RBTs
- Monitor client progress and assist with treatment plan updates
- Collaborate with caregivers and professionals
- Maintain compliance with the BACB Ethical Code
- Stay informed of BACB standards and apply best practices
All responsibilities are closely supervised and overseen by BCBAs and Clinical Directors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Required)
- Active BCaBA certification (Required)
- 1 year of ABA experience (Preferred)
- English fluency (Required); Spanish (Preferred)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute within service area
Position Types & Compensation:Part-Time (15–24 billable hours/week)
Hourly Rate: $40/hour
Estimated Annual Pay: ~20 hrs/week = $41,600/year ~24 hrs/week = $49,920/year
Full-Time BCaBA (25+ hours/week, 10–15 clients)
- Hourly Rate: $45/hour
- Estimated Annual Pay:
- ~25 hrs/week = $58,500/year
- ~30 hrs/week = $70,200/year
- ~35 hrs/week = $81,900/year
All billable hours include an additional 10% of paid time to account for non-billable indirect work (e.g., planning, documentation, caregiver communication).
