Job Overview:
The Lead QMHP will oversee and mentor other QMHPs while managing a client caseload. This leadership role offers growth opportunities within the organization, requiring strong clinical skills, leadership, and a deep understanding of mental health treatment.

Scope of Work:

Supervise and mentor a team of QPPMH’s, providing ongoing support, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
Manage a caseload of minimum 2 clients, providing mental health assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Conduct weekly supervision and team meetings to ensure adherence to treatment protocols and organizational policies.
Oversee and ensure accurate documentation for all clients, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, etc.
Participate in the development and implementation of treatment plans for complex cases.
Assist with training new QPPMH’s and ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to succeed in their roles.
Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary, addressing client needs in high-stress situations.
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and organizational regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
Certification: QMHP- A certification required
Experience: Years of experience in mental health care
