Our goal is to fill the need for higher-level ABA services through compassionate care for every individual we serve.
As an RBT at Emergent Learning, you'll play a crucial role in creating meaningful change in the lives of our clients and their families. You’ll receive ongoing training on implementing our evidence-based practices. With a team of supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), we will support you in embodying our commitment to best practices, the expansion of knowledge, and compassionate care for every client we serve, regardless of age.
While we are always looking for individuals who already possess their RBT certification, we are willing to invest in the right candidate and support you through the certification and training process!

Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA
- Collect and analyze data on the client's skill progress and behavior change
- Assist with skill and behavior assessments under close supervision
- Maintain a safe and conducive learning environment
- Use evidence-based curriculums, including PEAK, AIM, and LIFE (training provided)
- Attend team meetings and training sessions as required
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Prepare and maintain materials required for therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate and timely records of services
- Adhere to ethical guidelines, school policies, and state regulations
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to engage with clients of all ages
- Comfortable with typical childcare tasks such as changing diapers, toileting, and feeding
- Energetic and enthusiastic while working with clients
- Be on time for sessions
- Work well in a team environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and is receptive to feedback
- Ability to pass a state and federal background check
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), or be willing to obtain certification with our support
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children or adults with autism or similar disorders
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methods
- Current Initial and Advanced QBS certification
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field
- Ability to work various shifts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
