We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Vista, CA. Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support students' individual needs.
Provide direct one-on-one and small group behavior therapy sessions to students.
Collect data on student progress and behavior using appropriate measurement tools.
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure consistent implementation of behavior support strategies.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.

Requirements:

Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Must be reliable, organized, and compassionate towards students' needs.
