Are you a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for animals? We're seeking a part-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Pet Haven Animal Hospital, a small, privately-owned veterinary practice located in Watertown, MA.

What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist clients in a warm and welcoming manner
• Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
• Check in and out patients, ensuring a smooth and stress-free process
• Facilitate communication between clients and medical staff
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience in a veterinary office or animal care is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with ezyVet software is a plus, but training is provided
