We are a mission-driven provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in Maryland, delivering in-home therapy to families from underserved communities, with a strong focus on the Latino community. If you're a Spanish-speaking individual who is passionate about working with children and teenagers diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and making a difference in underserved populations, this is the opportunity for you!

This is an excellent role for entry-level psychology students or recent graduates, as well as those pursuing careers in mental health, social work, or education.

  • No experience in ABA? No problem! We offer 40hr RBT training and support you in becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (psychology, education, social work, child development, or related field)

  • Spanish fluency is required (spoken and written)

  • Reliable transportation (no third-party services such as Uber, Taxi or a driver)

  • Must be comfortable working in clients’ homes

  • Commitment to working with children with developmental disabilities

  • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

  • Psychology students are encouraged to apply

Job Type:

  • Part-time

Pay:

  • $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Thursday

  • Available shifts: Monday through Thursday 5:30-8:30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children or teenagers with ASD in home settings

  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Collect and document session data accurately

  • Support skill-building in communication, social interaction, and daily routines

  • Collaborate with supervisors, families, and other team members

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and their families

  • Participate in ongoing training and supervision

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Spanish fluency

  • English fluency

  • Passion for working with children or teenagers and making a positive impact

  • Interest in psychology, education, or behavior therapy

  • Patience, empathy, and professionalism

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong observational and problem-solving abilities
