School Based BCBA

  • $55-$65per hour




Position Summary

A school-based BCBA is responsible forassessing and evaluating students with behavior, psychological, developmental or social disabilities. They design an Individualized Education Program, tailored to the students specific needs. They implement and monitor the IEP. They are responsible fortraining and professional development. They work with families, doctors, and Teachers to deliver autism intervention.They create standards and guidelines for behavioral care services and programs.

  • BCBA must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop and reach, as well as be able to effectively handle client physical behaviors to ensure overall safety of client and self.
