Full-time opportunity in an outpatient setting for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LCSW or LMHC to join our growing behavioral health program. This provider will provide therapeutic interventions, counseling, and support to clients with diverse backgrounds facing a wide range of mental health challenges. The LMHC or LCSW, under the supervision of the Physician(s) who acts as the collaborative practitioner(s), is responsible for:

- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups using evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (primary care, psychiatrist, other team members) to ensure coordinated care and treatment continuity
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources, facilitating referrals to community sources and support services as needed
- Documenting in a timely and thorough manner
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with care team
- Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and professional integrity
- Strong communication skills
- Strong medical decision-making skills
- Displaying a caring and professional attitude at all times
