Key Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
  • Experience working with K-12 students in school environments preferred
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and interventions
  • Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Capacity to collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior support plans for students
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to implement and monitor behavior strategies
  • Train and support school personnel in implementing behavior interventions effectively
  • Review and interpret behavioral data, making recommendations to improve student outcomes
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to comprehensive educational planning
