About You

You are a licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree or higher, holding an LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW license (accepted based on state regulations), a valid NPI number, and malpractice insurance. You are eager to initiate or expand your private practice by accepting insurance.
