Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Employment: Full-Time

Hourly Pay:

• $62/hr+, based on experience

Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Multiple locations around the Seattle area

Crissey Behavioral Consulting (CBC) is a family-owned company committed to providing high-quality and effective ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities. We are looking for a dedicated BCBA to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a professional who is passionate about making a difference and ready to take on a client caseload.

• Flexible schedule: Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

As a BCBA at CBC, you will:

• Conduct initial assessments using standardized and evidence-based protocols.
• Develop treatment plans and programs.
• Maintain and organize client data, transitioning to CBC’s electronic clinical management system.
• Supervise CBTs working with clients.
• Provide parent coaching and conduct team meetings as needed.
• Write progress reports and exit reports.
• Offer coaching/training to childcare providers or teachers, if applicable.

CBC Responsibilities

• Manage all credentialing and in-network contracting with insurance companies.
• Provide liability insurance coverage under the company policy.
• Handle pre-authorization, progress report reminders, and insurance requirements.
• Manage hiring and scheduling of BTs for clients.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $62.00+/hour, based on experience

Education:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

License/Certification:

• BCBA (Required)
