About Us:
Therapeutic Self Care is a dynamic and supportive group private practice located in Galloway, NJ. We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our outpatient team on a full-time W2 basis.

This role is ideal for clinicians who are looking for consistency, flexibility, and an opportunity to work in a collaborative and clinician-first environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide individual outpatient therapy to a diverse client population
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality care
• (Optional) Provide clinical supervision to LACs and/or LSWs if eligible

Qualifications:

• Active NJ LPC or LCSW license (required)
• ACS (Approved Clinical Supervisor) certification or eligibility strongly preferred for those providing supervision
• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to client care
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
