A Clinical Director manages a Behavior Frontiers region where ABA services are provided to clients with autism and other special needs. The Clinical Director must be able to perform all duties of other clinical positions, such as behavior supervisor, case manager, senior behavior instructor, behavior instructor, as well as some administrative roles like administrative assistant, to ensure successful service delivery within the region.

The Clinical Director is responsible for monitoring regional growth, hiring, and training clinical and administrative staff. They participate in core duties *
- Conducting face-to-face supervision for clients with BCBA funding, scheduling sessions with case managers when possible
- Providing supervision to BCBA and BCaBA mentees through in-office and in-field overlaps
- Training behavior supervisors and case managers
- Holding weekly meetings with supervisors/managers to review caseloads and logs
- Writing and editing client reports
- Managing client/staff issues using professional judgment
- Handling new client intakes
- Monitoring liaison/evaluation meetings and regional evaluations
- Overseeing client monitoring, hiring, and clinical training
- Conducting clinical trainings and quality improvement initiatives
- Participating in professional conferences and parent support meetings
- Meeting with funding source directors annually
- Engaging in research and development projects (optional)

Qualifications and **
- BCBA Certification
- Minimum 3 years as a BCBA
- 1-2 years supervising BCBAs preferred
- Master’s or Doctorate in education, psychology, or behavior analysis
- Experience designing ABA programs and training parents and technicians
- Knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, VB
- Experience with assessments like VB-MAPP, Vineland, FBA
