Responsibilities:

  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
  • Conduct psychological and neurobehavioral testing
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness
  • Stay up-to-date with current research and developments in the field of therapy

Experience:

  • Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments
  • Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques, including behavioral therapy
  • Experience in providing counseling for PTSD/Depression/Anxiety
  • Familiarity with clinical research methodologies and data analysis
  • Multi-State Licensure/Willingness to apply for multi-state and compact licensures is a PLUS

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Master's in social work, mental health counseling, clinical psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling or counseling psychology from an accredited institution
  • Must be licensed LPCC
  • Be familiar and sensitive to diverse cultures and ethnicity
