Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Conduct psychological and neurobehavioral testing
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date with current research and developments in the field of therapy
Experience:
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques, including behavioral therapy
- Experience in providing counseling for PTSD/Depression/Anxiety
- Familiarity with clinical research methodologies and data analysis
- Multi-State Licensure/Willingness to apply for multi-state and compact licensures is a PLUS
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Master's in social work, mental health counseling, clinical psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling or counseling psychology from an accredited institution
- Must be licensed LPCC
- Be familiar and sensitive to diverse cultures and ethnicity
