Locations: Virginia (Aldie, Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, Reston, Woodbridge, Manassas, Falls Church), Maryland (Bowie, Columbia, Glen Burnie, North Bethesda, Silver Spring, Towson, Annapolis).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient individual and family therapy, customizing your approach to fit each client's specific needs.
  • Conduct culturally sensitive, strengths-based assessments to establish trust from the outset.
  • Develop and maintain treatment plans, safety plans, and other documentation efficiently and thoroughly.
  • Engage in clinical case consultations, treatment planning, and inter-disciplinary care coordination.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and other therapists to deliver holistic care.
  • Contribute to a clinical culture that prioritizes excellence, accountability, and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

  • Active LCSW, LCSW-C, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist in Virginia or Maryland (required).
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with experience across diverse populations.
  • Commitment to ethical practice, client confidentiality, and trauma-informed care.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and documentation abilities.
