Augusta Children’s Dental Center is the private children’s dental practice of Dr. Akindeko Obebe (Pronounced “Oh-bay-bay”). If you are seeking to apply your administrative talents within a positive and uplifting environment, then get ready to discover a work-home within our fun family-like staff.

We are seeking a highly skilled communicator whose effusive personality ignites positivity as you start the “HELLO!” of each patient’s 5-star appointment experience. In addition, your natural inclination to manage details to the “nth” degree is the perfect complement to join our talented administrative team. This fast-paced role integrates many varied responsibilities, works alongside several team members as you welcome parents and patients, update and document records, schedule appointments and confirm, collect and post payments, and deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Excellent speaking skills, in-person and on the phone.
  • Confidence, some of which comes with life experience, to guide parents to understand scheduling guidelines and payment agreements.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in a professional office setting.
  • Fast, accurate keyboarding with user-friendly software aptitude.
  • Time to study, learn, drive to excel, determination to learn fast, willingness to dig through your notes and convert new information into “I’ve got this!”
  • “Can do” and “I’ll do it” mindset.
  • Work references who wish you’d never left.
  • A playful side; after all, we work with kids!
  • A quick mind and efficient task master who works calmly while being efficient and highly
