We are searching for licensed therapists who are passionate about offering couples and families the support and strategies they need to overcome relationship struggles. Responsibilities include guiding patients through crises, diagnosing psychological disorders, highlighting problematic patterns that need to be changed, improving communication, and assisting patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors. You must be a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with at least 1-3 years of experience administering therapy services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Responsibilities: • Document patient records accurately and thoroughly in accordance with facility and licensing standards • Participate in the development, implementation, and assessment of therapeutic treatment programs for each patient • Participate in clinical team meetings on a weekly basis, and engage with community organizations • Provide mental health services to families, couples, individuals, and children utilizing solution-focused therapy strategies for improving relationships • Perform intake and needs assessments for individuals, significant others, and family members through testing, interviews, observations, and conversation sessions What You’ll Be Doing • Providing high-quality couples and family therapy using Gottman and other evidence-based approaches. • Helping partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and navigate relationship challenges. • Conducting assessments and developing tailored treatment plans to support long-term relationship success. • Engaging in clinical team meetings, peer consultations, and ongoing professional development. Qualifications: • Licensure in the state you reside as a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) or the equivalent is required • Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and a bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field; preference to those with a master’s degree • Requires CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications • Superb problem-solving and analytical skills are required, as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Must have 1-3 years of marriage and family therapy experience in a clinical setting Who We’re Looking For • Licensed therapists (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or Psychologist Ph.D./Psy.D.) with a pay rate of $41 - $65 per hour. • Provisionally licensed therapists (LPCC, LSW, MFT-C) with a pay rate of $30-$40 per hour. • Passion for couples therapy and a strong desire to specialize in the Gottman Method. • Willingness to train in CBT, DBT, EMDR, sex therapy, or other evidence-based modalities. • Availability for at least one evening or weekend shift to accommodate couples' schedules. Compensation: $48 - $65 hourly
