Moving Forward Counseling in Sandy, Utah is expanding and needs experienced therapists for our brand new Pleasant Grove, Utah office! The Pleasant Grove location will offer outpatient therapy and medication management to children, adolescents, and adults.

We are seeking to hire several therapists to work at the new office. CMHC, LCSW, LMFT, ACMHC and CSW's are welcome to apply.

Moving Forward Counseling is an outpatient clinic located in Sandy, Utah. We offer general outpatient therapy, medication management, as well as Day Treatment (PHP) and IOP with mental health as the primary diagnosis. With the demand for therapy services, it's time to offer our services in more locations.

Part-time 10 - 20 sessions/week. Full-time 21 - 32 sessions/week.

You make your schedule. We need people willing to work at least 10 hours per week.

This can be broken up into working days, evenings and/or weekends. In this role, you can work strictly doing general outpatient therapy sessions. Most of the clients come to see therapists in person but there are clients who are open to remote sessions. If you want to see clients remotely, you must be licensed in Utah.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral therapy sessions with children, adolescents, adults and families to address mental health issues.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to support children with developmental disabilities.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Engage in crisis intervention and provide support during challenging situations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Licensed mental health counselor
• Proficient in behavioral therapy
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation
• Skills in crisis intervention and motivational interviewing
• Familiarity with applied behavior analysis and special education practices
• Ability to provide patient care and assessment in diverse settings

Associate level clinicians are paid $50.00 - $53.00 per session. $60.00 - $63.00 for intake sessions. Associate level clinicians are required to be W2 employees. Fully licensed clinicians are paid $55.00 - $60.00 per session. $65.00 - $70.00 for intake sessions.

Supervision is provided for associate-level clinicians.
