About Job

Kaufman Children’s Center for Speech, Language, Sensory-Motor and Autism Treatment is looking to expand our team of exceptional board-certified behavior analysts.

We utilize the principles and teaching procedures of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and focus on children ages 2-6 years old. KCC has a long history of providing the most effective ABA therapy in southeast Michigan.

Our programs include dedicated speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists who work as part of the team with regular collaboration and consultation for each child. BCBAs at KCC enjoy flexible schedules and low caseloads compared to industry standard, promoting a healthy work/life balance.

Our bright, friendly state-of-the-art clinic includes two buildings with individual classrooms, group spaces, and sensory gyms.
