Job Description:
As the Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office and ensuring smooth coordination between staff, clients, and visitors. You will play a key role in maintaining an organized and efficient office environment while supporting the achievement of business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and interact with visitors, clients, and caregivers in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and warmth
Maintain strong relationships with clients and employees, providing exceptional customer service
Assist in meeting business goals set by the franchise owner
Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
Process employee applications, conduct interviews, reference checks, and lead new employee orientation following established guidelines
Initiate the hiring process, including background screening and reference verification
Regularly communicate with caregivers to provide assignment details and schedule updates
Assist in caregiver scheduling to align with client needs
Assisting with applying for accreditation with various compliance organizations
Participate in client care conferences as requested by the immediate supervisor
May participate in an on-call rotation, answering after-hours calls as needed
Candidate Qualifications:
We are looking for an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented professional who enjoys wor2+ years of experience in home care or a healthcare-related office role
Experience with the accreditation process for home care agencies
Strong knowledge of state policies and regulations governing home care
Associate’s degree preferred but not required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment
Strong leadership and organizational skills to support office operations
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
Fully vaccinated for COVID-19
