Position Summary

Montgomery County DHHS is seeking a dedicated and flexible Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join their PRN pool. This is a high-impact, premium opportunity for a provider who is passionate about mental health and ready to contribute to a dynamic, patient-centered team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, consultations, and treatment on an as-needed basis
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Supervise and collaborate with clinical staff
• Review and manage psychiatric medications
• Assess the need for hospitalization and coordinate with other care providers
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensure standards
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Deliver culturally and linguistically appropriate education and counseling
