• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Manage behavioral health concerns and provide appropriate referrals when necessary.
• Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems such as Simple Practice.

Skills

• Strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to lift and assist patients as needed.
• Proficient in medication administration and understanding of pharmacology.
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Knowledge of behavioral health practices and interventions.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, particularly Simple Practice, is preferred.

Pay: $101,636.55 - $122,401.00 per year
