To join this team please have the following requirements:

• SW License or CSW a must
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience as a social worker in a healthcare-related setting. Experience within a nursing home or rehabilitation center is strongly preferred
• Knowledgeable of the rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern nursing care facilities. Communication skills with the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public
