Now Hiring: Part-Time Virtual Mental Health/Substance Use Assessor (LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT + LADC)

Hybrid Counseling is a Twin Cities-based mental and chemical health practice that has been providing care through telehealth since 2014, well before virtual services became the norm. Our experienced team of counselors, therapists, and psychiatric prescribers works with a wide range of mental health disorders, substance use concerns, and diverse populations.

We’re looking to expand our team with a dually-licensed professional (LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT + LADC) who is interested in doing diagnostic assessments for both mental health and substance use, as well as potentially carrying a small caseload of therapy clients, should they desire to do so. This role requires a solid understanding of both mental health and substance use disorders, as many of the clients we serve have dual diagnoses.

• The opportunity to support clients through our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) or through independent assessments

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed LADC in the state of Minnesota (required)
• Licensed LPCC, LMFT, or LPCC in the state of Minnesota (required)
• Minimum of 10 hours of availability per week
• Experience private practice settings preferred
• Experience with dual-diagnosis clients
• Strong commitment to ethical, person-centered care
