Overview
The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, implementing interventions, and providing supervision to behavior technicians. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with other therapists, participating in team meetings, and maintaining accurate documentation. The BCBA will work closely with children and families to provide high-quality ABA services.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Sensory Integration and Occupational Therapy
- Experience in Pediatrics and Early Intervention
- Skills in Working With Children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Relevant certification (such as BCBA) and licensure
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
