Soliant is seeking a skilled and compassionate School Psychologist to support students with affective, severe, and behavioral needs across grades K12 for the 20252026 school year. This full-time, onsite role involves both assessment and direct service, including consultation, behavioral interventions, and IEP support.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments

Support a caseload of approximately 2025 students

Deliver direct services and behavioral interventions as outlined in IEPs

Collaborate with special education staff, general educators, families, and outside agencies

Participate in problem-solving teams, IEP meetings, and eligibility determinations

Consult with school staff on behavior management strategies and social-emotional learning

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district, state, and federal guidelines
Qualifications:

Valid School Psychologist license or eligibility for licensure in Colorado

Experience working with students with significant behavioral or emotional needs preferred

Strong assessment, consultation, and intervention skills

Ability to work effectively on multidisciplinary teams

Knowledge of special education law and best practices in MTSS, behavior, and mental health supports
Schedule and Location:

This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week

Employment is for the duration of the school year, following the academic calendar (August 1, 2025 - May 15, 2026)
