Minimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required.

Soliant is seeking a skilled and compassionate School Psychologist to support students with affective, severe, and behavioral needs across grades K12 for the 20252026 school year. This full-time, onsite role involves both assessment and direct service, including consultation, behavioral interventions, and IEP support.




Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments

  • Support a caseload of approximately 2025 students

  • Deliver direct services and behavioral interventions as outlined in IEPs

  • Collaborate with special education staff, general educators, families, and outside agencies

  • Participate in problem-solving teams, IEP meetings, and eligibility determinations

  • Consult with school staff on behavior management strategies and social-emotional learning

  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district, state, and federal guidelines




Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist license or eligibility for licensure in Colorado

  • Experience working with students with significant behavioral or emotional needs preferred

  • Strong assessment, consultation, and intervention skills

  • Ability to work effectively on multidisciplinary teams

  • Knowledge of special education law and best practices in MTSS, behavior, and mental health supports




Schedule and Location:

  • This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week

  • Employment is for the duration of the school year, following the academic calendar (August 1, 2025 - May 15, 2026)

  • Work will be based on-sitein East Colorado Springs, CO
