Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate, licensed social workers (LMSW, LCSW) to deliver virtual therapy services to older adults. As part of a dedicated team, you'll support older adults navigating life transitions, grief, isolation, and mental health challenges — all from the comfort and accessibility of a virtual setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide teletherapy sessions using HIPAA-compliant platforms
• Develop individualized care plans tailored to the unique needs of older adults
• Foster trust, dignity, and emotional safety in remote interactions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and caregivers when appropriate
• Document progress and maintain clinical records in alignment with regulations

Qualifications:

• Active NYS licensure (LMSW, LCSW, or equivalent)
• Experience working with geriatric clients preferred
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and digital communication
• Empathy, professionalism, and adaptability

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
