Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate appointment schedules for all technicians, ensuring optimal time management.
- Provide outstanding client services by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with clients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information.
- Analyze client needs to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless flow of information and services.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a professional environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive client services or customer support roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in computer systems for data entry and scheduling tasks.
- Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
