Residence Counselor responsibilities include coordination of client care, medication supervision, conducting restorative services with residents according to the Medicaid billing guidelines, daily progress notes, house maintenance, room checks, meal preparation, ADL training, service planning, advocacy, counseling and crisis intervention.
