Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LMFT or LCSW or LPCC to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to clients, focusing on various areas including pediatrics, PTSD care, and addiction counseling. This role requires a strong commitment to helping individuals and families navigate their challenges through effective counseling and support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
- Offer specialized support in areas such as child family counseling, special education, and addiction counseling.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Engage in research activities to stay informed about best practices in social work and mental health treatment.
- Advocate for clients' needs within the community and coordinate resources for additional support.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Experience in pediatrics, PTSD care, or addiction counseling is preferred.
- Proficiency in medical documentation and maintaining medical records.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy techniques and child family counseling approaches.
- Ability to conduct research related to social work practices and contribute to program development.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
