Position Overview:
We are seeking board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists to join our Psychiatry team on a per diem basis. This role is ideal for experienced psychiatrists or psychiatry residents (PGY-3 and above) with an unrestricted Massachusetts medical license.
Responsibilities:
- Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing care for inpatient population.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Document patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry.
- Unrestricted Massachusetts medical license.
- Completion of PGY-3 year or higher in an accredited psychiatry residency program.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in inpatient psychiatric care.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
