Responsibilities:
- Lead school-aged children in activities to promote social, physical, and creative growth
- Create a positive and engaging environment centered around Christ
- Complete weekly/monthly activity plans
- Ability to affectively manage classroom behavior
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
- Maintain the health and safety of all students
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance counselor skills

Requirements:
- Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields
- Passionate about working with children in a Christ-centered atmosphere
- Ability to build rapport with children
- Portray a positive and patient demeanor
- Christian role model
