A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available in Fayetteville, North Carolina, serving a K-12 school setting within Cumberland County. This contract role runs from August 12, 2025, through May 22, 2026, with a Monday through Friday schedule, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., totaling 37.5 hours per week. This onsite opportunity offers the chance to apply behavioral expertise in an educational environment supporting students with diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct BCBA services and interventions in a school setting
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support their professional development
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans tailored to students needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to adjust interventions accordingly
Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
- Experience supervising RBTs in educational or clinical settings
- Proven background working with children, especially those with disabilities or autism spectrum disorder
- Prior BCBA experience preferred, particularly in a school-based environment
- Must be able to work onsite during regular school hours
