Serving Children and Adolescents in our Bethlehem clinic and satellite school offices located within the Catasauqua school district. The Mental Health Professional is the lead member of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for treatment plan development. The Mental Health Professional serves as team leader providing therapy in a variety of treatment modalities to children and their families in the school, our outpatient clinic setting.
The Mental Health Professional is responsible for conducting mental health assessments for clients within 48 hours of referral to the outpatient Program. This position is required to work hours the coincide with a school day and/or based on client availability in our clinic setting.
The Licensed/unlicensed Clinical Therapist provides individual, family, and group psychotherapy within the outpatient program. The therapist should also be available to work during school hours with the Catasauqua Area School District, and/or our Out Patient Clinic located in Bethlehem Pa.
Rate of Pay:
Licensed FT-$32.00-34.00 an hour
Unlicensed-$28.00-30.00 an hour
Stay Bonus: $2,000 received in 3 increments

- 3 month-$400
- 6 month-$800
- 12 month-$800
Position Requirements:
- LCSW-Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LPC-Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Psychologist or LMFT-Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- Previous experience working with children/adolescents and families in an outpatient setting or similar level of care
- Valid driver's license
- Pass required background clearances and screenings (FBI, Child Abuse, Criminal, Driving, etc.)
- Unlicensed- at least 1 year working in the related field of psychology, or social work.
Responsibilities: some but not all
- Provide individual, family and group psychotherapy
- Communicate with families, schools, payors, referral sources and other providers to ensure satisfaction with services, continuity of care and promote quality client care
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, and documentation within established timelines
- Develop and assist in transition or aftercare planning
- Participate in scheduled meetings, staff development, supervision, in-services as directed
