A Behavioral Specialist with Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials is needed to provide expert behavioral support for an elementary school setting in Fremont, CA. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to implement effective behavioral strategies.
  • Provide training and coaching to school personnel to ensure consistent application of behavior plans.
  • Monitor student progress and adapt interventions based on data analysis.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children, preferably in a school setting.
