OptiMindHealth (OMH) is expanding and seeking compassionate psychotherapists to work remotely from home. Currently serving patients in Massachusetts and Colorado since 2016, OMH specializes in outpatient mental health care for adults and adolescents, focusing on accessible, holistic, and cost-effective services.

Work Location: OMH is expanding into multiple states. We work with you to find the best fit, whether fully remote or local offices in Colorado, Massachusetts, or other states. We provide all necessary resources for remote work. Our interview process considers your skills, interests, and location.

Responsibilities:

Participate in OMH’s integrated care team model, collaborating with physicians, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other mental health professionals. Provide personalized care, including individual, family, group therapy, and psychological testing as appropriate.

Schedule:

• Create your own schedule, typically Monday – Friday, between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
• No on-call duties; focus solely on patient care.

Our back-office support handles billing, collections, and credentialing, allowing clinicians to focus on therapy sessions.

Education & Licensure: Must be licensed and certified as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC in Florida, with the ability to practice independently. Licensure in Massachusetts or Colorado is preferred.
