About Job

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Technician to join a small clinical setting providing in-home ABA services. Looking for someone to provide direct service hours in-home and community settings.

HOURS ARE 3:00PM - 6:00PM (M-F)

Job Requirements:

· Implemented ABA techniques to increase language and
communication, appropriate play skills, cooperation skills, and daily living skills in
children ages 3-21 years old.

· Created fun, motivating experience to generate the highest level of performance for each individual through a naturalist teaching environment with teaching opportunities
embedded.

· Track each individual's progress with graphs and daily data collection.

· Monitored maladaptive behaviors and implemented behavior interventions.

· Implemented specially designed instruction to meet the goals and needs of the child.

· Submit narrative reports of each session and hours worked every day.

· Implement programs and behavior support plans as written.

· Document student progress through data collection.

· Collection of IN-VIVO data

· Must be open to feedback.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Must be 18-years or older

· A minimum of 1-year of experience working with children and/or individuals with ASD.

· High School Diploma or 12 months experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities OR an associated degree or higher in a related human services field.

· Staff is required to have reliable transportation to and from client’s homes.

· Employment is subject to a criminal background check.

· Social Skills experience: 1 year (Preferred)

· ABA: 1-3 years (Preferred)

· Education: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
