Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,017 - $2,241
- Location: Little Rock, AR
- Start Date: July 28, 2025
- Duration: 12 weeks
- Shift: 8-hour days, Monday to Friday, no weekends
- Valid LMSW license in the state of Arkansas
- At least 1 year of recent acute care experience
- Experience with discharge planning and handling difficult placements
- Conduct discharge planning for patients
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure smooth transitions for patients
- Assist in finding appropriate placements for patients with complex needs
- Provide support and resources to patients and their families
