JOB SUMMARY:
Social Workers are responsible for the operations of the Social Services Department, providing for each resident’s social, emotional, and psychological needs and the continuing development of the resident’s full potential from admission to discharge. Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, families, and employees.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post-secondary education with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and/or a related field is preferred.
- Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, families, and employees.
- Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
