Join Northway Academy in Stillwater as a Behavior Technician , where you'll provide 1:1 center-based ABA therapy to children with Autism and related condition!. In this hands-on role, you'll help kids develop meaningful skills-like communication, emotional regulation, daily routines, and social interaction. You'll be part of a supportive, mission-driven team focused on helping each child grow, thrive, and reach their potential!

What We're Looking For (Must meet one of the following) :

• Enrolled in or completed a B achelor's OR Master's degree in a related mental health field (e.g. psychology, child development, social work, education, etc.)

  Associate's degree obtained in a related field + 2,000 hours of supervised experience (e.g. DSP, PCA, Paraprofessional)

  
  


• 
  

  High school diploma (or GED) + 4,000 hours of supervised experience

  
  


• 
  

  Fluent in a non-English language or certified by a tribal nation
