Soliant is seeking a compassionate and qualified School Social Worker to join our high school team in Colorado for the 20252026 school year. This is a full-time, on-site position serving a caseload of approximately 3745 students. The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs through direct counseling services, family engagement, and staff collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students to support emotional and behavioral well-being

• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to develop effective interventions and support plans

• Conduct assessments related to social, emotional, and adaptive functioning

• Support students with special education needs through participation in IEP meetings and service coordination

• Serve as a liaison between home, school, and community agencies

• Offer crisis intervention, case management, and resource referrals as needed

• Promote a positive school climate and safe learning environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Social Work or related field

• At least one year of related experience

• Licensed as a School Social Worker by the Colorado Department of Education (CDE)

• Experience in special education settings

• Background in individual/group counseling and family support services

• Proficiency in conducting social-emotional and behavioral assessments

Schedule and Location:

• This position requires a commitment of 37.5hours per week

• Employment is for the duration of the school year, following the academic calendar (August 4, 2025 - May 22, 2026)
