We are currently seeking compassionate and committed individuals to join our dynamic team as Child Behavior Technicians (BTs). In this role, you will have the opportunity to change lives on a daily basis. Using a results-oriented approach founded on applied behavior analysis (ABA), you'll help assess how our clients engage with their surroundings and respond to social cues.
Your day will be spent engaging, playing, and encouraging young learners as you implement each child's individualized treatment plan, fostering the development of critical skills. No previous experience in the behavioral health field is required; we are committed to the growth of both our clients and our team members.

Compensation Details:
- No RBT? Start at $15.00 to $17.00 per hour.
- If you have your RBT, start at $15.25 for RBT 1 with opportunities to progress up to $21.00 as you advance to higher RBT levels.
- Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
Requirements:
- Availability for full-time work from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday (with some Saturday openings for make-up sessions).
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- A bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience working with children with special needs is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and a positive, creative approach to problem-solving.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
