Regional Director of Operations at Magnolia Behavior Therapy

The Magnolia Autism Center in Snohomish, WA, is looking for a full-time BCBA with leadership skills to join our center and home-based team in Snohomish, WA.

We are a local, Washington-based behavioral services company that provides excellent support, ongoing training, competitive wages, and flexible scheduling.

We are an established team of behavioral professionals [BCBA, BCaBAs, CBTs, RBTs] who are eager to support each other and love collaborating, sharing data, and discussing patient progress.

Flexible Schedule - Preferred Hours 930-630pm

Minimum Requirements

• Be a BCBA, or BCaBA, or LaBA in good standing
• Be able to pass a criminal background check
  
  

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in the fields of Behavior Consulting, working with Special Needs and Autism, Verbal Behavior, DTT, Etc.
• Experience as a Consultant/Program Manager for Home-Based ABA Therapies ALL BCBA or BCaBA candidates will be considered regardless of experience level.
